How We Use Information

We use personal information to respond to enquiries, prepare and confirm bouquets, arrange delivery, send order updates, handle customer service, keep business records and meet legal or tax obligations.

Lawful Basis

We usually process order information because it is needed to take steps before entering into a contract or to perform a contract. Some records are kept because KVETKI has legal obligations or a legitimate business interest in managing orders, safety, customer service and accounting.

Who We Share Information With

We may share only the information needed with delivery couriers, payment providers, email providers, website hosting providers, accountants or professional advisers. We do not sell personal information.

How Long We Keep Information

Order and accounting records may be kept for up to 6 years where required for tax, accounting or legal reasons. General enquiries that do not become orders are kept only as long as needed to respond and manage the relationship.

The public website does not currently use marketing analytics cookies. The owner dashboard may use necessary session cookies for login and security.
