Terms
These terms apply when you use kvetki.uk or buy a handmade bouquet from KVETKI.
About KVETKI
KVETKI operates from Wilcox Road, SW8 2XA, United Kingdom.
General enquiries: info@kvetki.uk. Order support: orders@kvetki.uk. Website: kvetki.uk.
Placing An Order
Before payment, the checkout shows the bouquets, quantities, discounts, delivery or pickup charge, and either the total price or the deposit due now for custom bouquet orders. You can correct your cart and details before selecting “Proceed to payment”.
Stripe processes payment securely. The automatic payment email acknowledges that payment was received; KVETKI accepts the order when we send the order-confirmed email. If we cannot accept the order because of flower availability, delivery restrictions, an obvious pricing error or another reasonable operational issue, we will contact you and provide a refund.
Please check names, delivery details, date, phone number and email address carefully. Contact us promptly if anything needs correcting.
Flowers And Substitutions
Flowers are natural, seasonal products. Images show the style and overall character of an arrangement, but individual stems, shades, size and shape naturally vary. Where a particular flower is unavailable, we may use a suitable substitute of similar or greater quality and value while keeping as close as reasonably possible to the selected palette and style.
For custom bouquets, the budget is the amount allocated to the flowers and arrangement. Custom bouquet orders are reserved with a 50% deposit before work starts. After the bouquet has been completed and the final price is confirmed, KVETKI will send a separate payment request for the remaining balance before collection or delivery. Reference images are inspiration rather than an exact reproduction guarantee and do not guarantee particular stems, quantities or exact colours.
Prices And Payment
Prices are shown in pounds sterling and are the total consumer prices for the items described. Delivery is calculated from the address and shown separately before payment; pickup is free. Promo discounts appear before the final total. We do not add an undisclosed fee after payment.
Payment is taken by Stripe at checkout. For ready bouquet orders this is normally the full amount. For custom bouquet orders this may be a 50% deposit, with the remaining balance requested separately after completion. KVETKI does not receive or store full card details. Stripe sends a payment receipt and, where enabled, a paid invoice.
Promotions And Special Offers
Promo codes apply only where their stated conditions are met. KVETKI10 gives a new customer 10% off the eligible full-price bouquet subtotal on their first paid website order. It may be used once per customer, does not reduce delivery charges, cannot be combined with another promotion and does not apply to bouquets already shown as special offers. Full conditions are available in our Promotional Terms.
A crossed-out previous price is used only where that price was a genuine recent selling price for the same bouquet and size. Special-offer availability may be limited because flowers are seasonal and bouquets are handmade.
Separate Payment Links
Where KVETKI sends a separate payment link, the amount shown is the payment or advance payment towards the bouquet discussed with you. We will confirm the bouquet details, expected total price and any remaining balance separately. Payment acknowledges receipt of the amount; KVETKI accepts the order when we confirm it with you.
If KVETKI cannot accept or fulfil the order, the amount paid will be refunded in full. If you cancel after we have accepted the order, any amount retained will be limited to reasonable costs or losses already incurred as a direct result of the cancellation, and any remaining amount will be refunded. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Delivery
Available dates are shown when order details are completed, with tomorrow as the earliest selectable date. The live courier charge displayed before payment is included in the amount paid. Pickup from Nine Elms is free.
You are responsible for accurate recipient, address, postcode, telephone and access information. If delivery fails because the information supplied is wrong, access is unavailable or the recipient cannot be reached, reasonable redelivery costs may apply. The bouquet remains KVETKI's responsibility until it is received by the customer, the named recipient or another person the customer has authorised to receive it.
Dates may be affected by events outside reasonable control. If a delivery is materially late, misses an expressly agreed essential date or does not arrive, contact us promptly. Depending on the circumstances, we will arrange redelivery, a suitable replacement, a price reduction or a refund. We will not charge for a replacement delivery where the failure was ours or the courier's.
Cancellations And Changes
Contact orders@kvetki.uk as soon as possible to request a change or cancellation. Fresh flowers are perishable and bouquets may be made to your specification, so the usual distance-selling right to cancel for a change of mind does not apply to the extent permitted by law. Where preparation or purchasing has not started, we will try to accommodate a cancellation and confirm any refund.
Nothing in these terms limits your legal rights where goods are faulty, damaged, not as described or otherwise do not meet the standards required by law.
Problems And Complaints
If something is wrong, email orders@kvetki.uk promptly with the order ID and, where useful, clear photos. Reporting within 24 hours helps us assess the condition of fresh flowers, but it does not remove your statutory rights. Depending on the circumstances, the appropriate remedy may be a replacement, partial refund or full refund.
For a formal complaint, use the subject line “Complaint” and include the order ID and the outcome you are seeking. We aim to acknowledge complaints within 2 working days and provide a substantive response within 14 days. If more time is reasonably needed, we will explain why and give an updated response date.
Flower Safety
Flowers and foliage are not for consumption. Natural pollen, sap, fragrance and plant material may cause irritation or allergic reactions, and some stems may have thorns or sharp edges. Keep bouquets away from children and pets. Some flowers, including lilies, can be highly toxic to cats and other plants may be harmful if eaten. If allergies, pets or other safety concerns are relevant, tell KVETKI before ordering so we can discuss an appropriate arrangement; no bouquet can be guaranteed completely allergen-free.
Refunds
Approved refunds are made to the original payment method unless we agree otherwise. Banks and card providers control how quickly a processed refund appears. We will confirm by email when a refund has been initiated.
Liability
We do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence. We are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was made or for business losses arising from a consumer order.
Website Use
Content, photos, branding and copy on this website belong to KVETKI or are used with permission. Please do not copy or reuse them without written consent.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Consumers keep any mandatory rights to bring a claim in the courts that apply to where they live.
