What to expect
Every order is discussed personally. These answers cover the usual process, and you can message us on Instagram for anything specific.
How do I order a bouquet?
Choose a portfolio bouquet and size, add any note, then place it in the cart and complete secure checkout. For questions, contact KVETKI on Instagram or email info@kvetki.uk.
Can I request a completely custom bouquet?
Yes. Share your preferred colours, flowers, budget and reference images. Custom bouquets start from £50 and are subject to seasonal availability.
Will my bouquet look exactly like the photograph?
The photographs guide mood, colour, shape and scale. The final bouquet remains unique because flower varieties and shades change with season and market quality.
What is the earliest delivery date?
Tomorrow is the earliest selectable date. Same-day delivery is not available. Later dates can be selected when completing the order link.
How much is delivery?
Delivery is calculated separately from the bouquet using the complete recipient address and displayed before payment. Pickup from Nine Elms is free.
Can I change the details after payment?
Message us on Instagram or email orders@kvetki.uk with the order reference. Changes may affect availability, price or completion time and will be confirmed before proceeding.
How are payments handled?
For shop bouquets, choose your size and pay securely at checkout. For a custom bouquet, discuss the design and price with the florist first, then use your private KVETKI payment link. That link states whether you are paying a deposit, an additional amount or the full balance. We email a payment receipt, then a separate order confirmation when the florist accepts your order.
